Dust removal of crusher
Crusher refers to a crushing machine with a particle size larger than 3 mm, accounting for more than half of the total emissions. Crushing operations are often divided into coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing according to the granularity of incoming and outgoing materials.
What are its dust removal effects?
- Installing a dust collector is an integral aspect. At present, the crusher basically integrates crushing and dust removal. There is no dust during the grinding process. The dust is discharged from the dust box after being filtered by a cloth bag
- The crusher uses cloth bags to collect wood powder, and the cloth bags are tightly tied to the powder outlet of the machine to reduce air leakage and powder leakage. Pay attention to blocking the powder outlet during operation and parking. Once the wind in the bag is gone, loosen the blockage and remove the powder. Cloth bags are usually sandwiched and can be made of ordinary fine white cloth. The size of the bag is appropriate, and the cloth bag should not be too dense. Otherwise, ventilation will be hindered and the normal operation of the machine will be affected. Clean the bag regularly or use a vacuum to remove dust from the bag;
- Dust the shower or sink. The fan is mainly used to remove the dust outside the crushing chamber, and then spray dust, or pool dust, etc.
- Long-term dust will cause great pressure on the environment. So a good way to control the dust of the crusher is to start with the production process and reduce the huge impact of dust. When choosing a pulverizer, try to use it and the optional supporting equipment to make its dust removal efficiency and production stable.
The production function of the crusher is to squeeze, split and bend the material, and crush ores of various hardness. Hope the above is helpful to you.
