Working principle

The composition of the hydraulic pressing mechanism of the filter press is composed of a hydraulic station, an oil cylinder, a piston, a piston rod, and a Hafland card hydraulic station connecting the piston rod to the pressing plate. Directional valve, pressure gauge, oil circuit, fuel tank.

Installation and debugging

  • 1. The filter press should be installed on a flat concrete foundation. The thrust plate machine foot at the feed end is fixed on the foundation with anchor bolts; the support end does not need anchor bolts, or after the anchor bolts are positioned, they are locked with two nuts, and there is a proper gap between the nut washer and the machine foot seat. The machine feet can be slightly retracted. Before positioning, the installer should correct the verticality of the beam and the large plane of the thrust plate.
  • 2. The foundation structure should be designed by the construction engineers according to the equipment load, and the anchor bolts should be grouted twice in the reserved holes.
  • 3. There should be enough space for operation and maintenance around the filter press. The hydraulic pressure filter press should be placed in an appropriate position to place the hydraulic station to ensure that the hydraulic station can work normally.
  • 4. Place the filter plate according to the work requirements, and arrange the feeding, washing and drainage pipelines. Equipped with a filter pressure display gauge and a return channel to control the filter pressure. If it is a diaphragm squeeze type, arrange the compressed air pipeline.
  • 5. In the hydraulic filter press, clean 20#-40# hydraulic oil is injected into the oil tank of the hydraulic station, and the operating temperature is >-5℃; if the ambient temperature is low, the hydraulic oil with similar viscosity and low freezing point can be selected. Hydraulic oil must be added through an 80-100 mesh filter.
  • 6. The mechanical or hydraulic pressing device should work correctly when the power is turned on to start the motor. When the hydraulic pressure is pressed, the pressure gauge should rise steadily, and there is no leakage in the hydraulic system. Correctly adjust the working pressure of the hydraulic station according to the size of the model. If the oil tank is found to be insufficient after the test machine, it must be supplemented.
