The stone material enters the stone crusher from the feeding hopper. The stone material is divided into two parts by the distributor. One part enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the middle of the distributor, and is rapidly accelerated in the impeller. And its acceleration can reach hundreds of times of gravity. Acceleration, and then ejected from the three evenly distributed flow channels of the impeller at a speed of 60-70 m/s. Impacted and crushed with a part of the material falling around the distributor. And then impacted on the material lining in the vortex branch cavity. Rebounded by the material lining, it hits the top of the vortex cavity obliquely upward, and changes its movement direction, deflecting downward, and the material emitted from the impeller channel forms a continuous material curtain.

Regularly inspect the bolts of the stone sand making machine, and regularly inspect the fastening bolts, especially the external components. If they are loose or corroded, they must be replaced in time.
When the wear parts of the equipment are not replaced when they must be replaced, it may cause serious damage to the rotor body. Therefore, after stopping the rotor, the wear and cracking of the rotor throwing head should be checked. If one is found to be excessively worn, damaged or lost, the throwing head should be replaced immediately.
The lubrication of all parts of the equipment should be done well, and the injected lubricating oil must be clean and the seal must be good. For example, the bearing should be lubricated every 8-10 hours to reduce the wear of the rotor bearing of the impact crusher and ensure the coordinated work of each component.
